Living mindfully in modern times – Public Talk at Volkshaus Zurich
Through training in mindfulness our countless distractions, which costs us a lot of energy, will naturally be reduced. Mindfulness enhances our concentration, with which we are able to recognize our negative thoughts and unhappy feelings quicker and are so able to direct our mind in a more positive and happier direction. Discover how mindfulness allows you to live and act more consciously in our modern times. Our well-loved buddhist monk Gen Losang Kelsang will explain the training of mindfulness in a simple and light-hearted way. This evening is suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
