City Retreat with Gen Kelsang Devi
Many people suffer from feelings of anxiety and constant tension and we are often overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life, especially in such uncertain times. In this retreat we will learn how, through training in meditation and positive ways of thinking as taught by Buddha, we can face difficult situations more confidently and thus overcome our debilitating worries and fears.
What to expect…
Three guided retreat sessions with explanations on the topic and guided meditations. Short Buddhist prayers are played in preparation for the meditation.
Tea, coffee and cake will be offered during the breaks. There will be an opportunity to share with other participants or to enjoy the silence in the meditation room.
