The Confidence to Change

Public Talk & Meditation
with the experienced meditation teacher Gen Kelsang Devi

Tuesday 22 September 2020, 19h00-20h30

We all long for positive changes. But often we fail to overcome our bad habits, on the one hand because it is often too difficult or seems too painful to face them, on the other hand because they seem to be so deeply ingrained within us. In addition, we believe that the desired change can only take place by changing the external circumstances, such as with a new partner, new work, new apartment, etc.

But the changes necessary for a happier life are much “closer” than we think. Buddha pointed out: all we have to do  to change our own world is to change our own mind. In this public talk, Gen Kelsang Devi explains the thoughts and meditations with which we can develop the confidence to bring about the desired inner change in order to experience pure happiness and freedom.
