Meditate In The Mountains

A 3 day Meditation Challenge with Gen Losang Kelsang

Have you always wanted to meditate, but did not know how to start? Or would you like to deepen your previous meditation experience? Then this 3-day meditation challenge is just right for you. An introduction followed by six guided meditations awaits you on this weekend. Immerse yourself in the clarity and depth of your own mind through skillful meditation instructions. The retreat will be led by Gen Losang Kelsang, a Buddhist monk with over 35 years of meditation experience who teaches the methods of meditation in a fun and light-hearted way. The retreat takes place in the Valais mountains, in the midst of breathtaking mountain scenery.  The retreat will be taught in English with German translation.

All meditation sessions are guided, including a short talk, Buddhist prayer, and quiet time for contemplation and meditation. During the breaks, there is plenty of time for walks and exchanges with other meditators and to help with small jobs to ensure the retreat runs smoothly.
