The term Karma is very popular, but what does it stand for? Karma is a Sanskrit word and means action. Every action we take leaves an imprint or like a seed on our mind, which acts as the main cause for all our future experiences.
On this day course, Gen Kelsang Devi helps us to understand the mechanism of karma. By using practical methods, she will show us how we can consciously create the causes of happiness and stop the causes of suffering and problems. Through this we will be able to take our future into our own hands. In this way we take real charge over our lives and find real happiness. More on this in this inspiring day course.
What to expect…
On this day course you will get to hear teachings on the subject matter, followed by guided meditations. The meditations will give you the opportunity to deepen the newly gained knowledge. Short Buddhist prayers will be played as a preparation for the teachings and meditations.
