Discover our meditation classes in Winterthur with many inspiring tips on how to turn the problems of everyday life into challenges and bring lightness and joy into your life. The classes are especially suitable for beginners and includes a guided breathing meditation for relaxation, explanations on the topic (see below), another guided meditation on the topic and practical suggestions on how to integrate these insights into our daily lives.
These evenings, which are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators, can be attended regardless of previous experience and religious beliefs.

The teacher
The monk Gen Kelsang Gyalchog has been studying and teaching Kadampa Buddhism under the guidance of the venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche since 1993. He served as the center teacher for many years at the Nalanda Center in Lucerne as well as at the Menla Center in Locarno. Thanks to his extensive experience, he excels at imparting meditation and contemporary Buddhism in a grounded yet approachable manner.
He serves as an example of how it is possible to combine the spiritual life of a Buddhist monk with a modern lifestyle.
