Der Abend beinhaltet eine geleitete Atemmeditation zum Entspannen, Erklärungen zum Thema (siehe unten), eine weitere geleitete Meditation zum Thema und praktische Anregungen, wie wir diese Einsichten in unseren Alltag integrieren.

These evenings, which are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators, can be attended regardless of previous experience and religious beliefs.

The Teacher

Kelsang Chitta Kelsang Chitta has practiced Kadampa Buddhism and meditation for over 19 years. She has spent long periods of time in silence retreats and has gained deep meditation experience. Both in her professional life and at the Buddhist center, she sincerely lives according to the Buddhist way of life, inspiring others through her wisdom and good heart.
