with Gen Kelsang Devi
In today’s society, excessive perfectionism is widespread. We believe that we can only be truly happy once we are perfect – with the perfect body, the perfect job, the perfect circle of friends, the perfect life.
But the more we try to achieve or maintain these idealised external conditions, the more pressure we feel. Instead of becoming happier, we experience increasing inner restlessness, self-doubt, and dissatisfaction. We feel not good enough, insecure, or burned out – our mental health suffers.
In this public talk with guided meditation, Buddhist teacher Gen Kelsang Devi will show how we can free ourselves from these obsessive and harmful thought patterns.
In other words you will learn practical methods from Buddhist meditation and wisdom for letting go internally – and how to develop genuine self-acceptance, inner peace, and lasting happiness that does not depend on external circumstances.
